Kovalam Ayurveda Tour

Day 01: Trivandrum - Kovalam
On arrival at the Trivandrum airport, you will be accorded a warm welcome by an India Profile representative. Thereafter, you will travel to Kovalam. Check into an Ayurvedic Resort on arrival. Spend the afternoon in consultation with Ayurvedic physicians at the resort who will decide on the type of treatments you need. Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 02: Kovalam
Indulge in a morning session of yoga and meditation before treating yourself to a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage. Spend the afternoon at leisure indulging in any activity of your choice. Stay overnight at resort.

Day 03 : Kovalam
On day 3 of the Kovalam Ayurveda tour, attend a yoga and meditation session. Later, pamper yourself with some Ayurvedic therapies to rejuvenate your entire being. Also enjoy a half-day tour of Trivandrum City in the afternoon before returning for an overnight stay in the hotel. You stay overnight at Resort.

Day 04 : Kovalam
Indulge in a morning Yoga and Meditation session along with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage as part of your Kovalam Ayurveda Tour. Have the afternoon to yourself before venturing out for a boat cruise on the Thiruvallam backwaters. You will also visit a traditional Kerala home. You stay overnight at Resort.

Day 05 : Kovalam
Indulge in a morning session of yoga and meditation before treating yourself to a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage. Have the afternoon at leisure. You will visit Kalari, a traditional Kerala health and body care center in the evening. This trip would greatly enhance your knowledge about Ayurveda and its manifold benefits. Return for an overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 06 : Kovalam
Attend a morning Yoga and Meditation session before pampering yourself with an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage on day 6 of the Kovalam Ayurveda Tour. Around afternoon, set out on an excursion to Kanya Kumari (Cape Comorin). Treat your eyes to some enchanting natural beauty and breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea before returning for an overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 07 : Kovalam
After your daily session of Yoga, Meditation and an Ayurvedic massage, set off for a lazy day on the beach. Return for an overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 08 : Kovalam
On day 8 of the Kovalam Ayurveda tour with India Profile, attend your morning session of yoga and meditation followed by an Ayurvedic massage to rejuvenate your body and soul. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can also choose to visit the nearby beaches and have your fill of the sun, sand and water. Stay overnight at the Resort.

Day 09 : Departure
Drive to the Trivandrum airport and board a flight for your onward journey. Return back with happy memories of your wonderful trip to Kovalam with India Profile.
