Day 01 Arrive Mumbai

Arrive in Mumbai, the Commercial capital of India. After completing formalities with customs and immigration, you will be received by our representative with Traditional Indian Welcome (with garlands).

Mumbai is the capital of Maharastra State and the gateway to this beguiling subcontinent. Of the four great cities in India, Mumbai is the most cosmopolitan, spear heading India's move in to the 21st Century.

Afterwards transfer to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 02 :- In Mumbai
After breakfast you embark on the sightseeing trip of World famous Elephanta Caves and Mumbai city.

Elephanta Caves: A must for any visitor to India. Mute testimony of the Golden Age in Indian history during the Gupta period and built to honour Lord Shiva. Elephanta is a 3 kms long elongated island, consisting of two hills separated by a valley. The caves with rock-cut figures and carvings are believed to be carved by the sculptors of Ajanta or Udayagiri. In the afternoon the guest enjoy the sightseeing tour of the Mumbai City:

Mumbai City : includes a visit the Gateway of India-erected to commemorate the landing of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911; Prince of Wales Museum, Jehangir Art Gallery, Marine Drive, Chowpatty beach, Hanging Gardens and the Crawford Market. After completing the sightseeing return back to the Hotel for Overnight.

Day 03 :- Mumbai – Lonavala By Road (Approx 120 Kms / 03 Hours)
Enjoy your breakfast at Hotel. Afterwards this morning drive towards Lonavala, the ultimate tourist destination near Mumbai. One of the most popular getaways from Mumbai, Lonavala is a beautiful hill station in Maharshtra. Located in the Western Ghats, Lonavala is also called as the jewel in the Sahayadri range. As monsoon rains come tumbling down the Sahayadri hills, the hill station dons its best color-green. It's a wonderful experience to tour the hill resort during the rains.

On arrival check in to the Hotel. Afternoon : After refreshing you would start your trip of the city, which will cover Karla & Bhaja Caves. The most fascinating of them are the Karla caves, located about 10 kilometres from Lonavala. The Buddhist stupa at the Karala caves is believed to be 2,200 years old. After visit drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04 :- In Lonavala
Enjoy your breakfast at in the hotel. After breakfast embark on your trip to Khandala,to see the Bhushi Dam;. Return back to the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 :- Lonavala – Matheran By Road (Approx 108 Kms – 02 Hours)
Breakfast in the Hotel. Afterwards check out of the hotel and drive to the Lovely locale called Matheran Matheran is an idyllic hill station in Maharashtra that is popular for its scenic beauty and laid back pace. If you are looking forward to some peaceful moments travel to Matheran Maharashtra. Time seems stand still in this part of Maharashtra. Hill Resorts in India provides an overview of the beautiful hill station On arrival check in to the hotel. The day will be kept free, so as to relax and explore the fabulous surroundings on your own. One can visit different viewpoints like Chouk, Panorama, Garbut Point, Louisa, Echo. After visit drive back to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 :- Trichy – Madurai (Approx 150 Kms/ 04 Hours)
India's fastest growing cities with beautiful surroundings and a cool and pleasant climate.
On arrival check in to the hotel.

Afternoon embark from the hotel for the city tour where you would visit

Trimbakeshwar Temple : This temple situated in Trimbak, 30 km West of Nasik, contains one of the twelve Jyotirlingas (naturally occuring Lingas) in India. The temple has beautiful carvings. There is a belief that anybody who visits Trimbakeshwar attains salvation. It is considered to be the holiest place to perform Shraddha ceremony as mentioned in 'Nirnaya Sindhu' - a religious book of Hindus. Non Hindus are not allowed inside the temple but one can get a clear view from outside.

The river Godavari rises here from a hill called Brahmagiri. Nearby there is the 'Gangasagar bathing tank' into which the Godavari river dribbles in, from its source. A bath in these waters is supposed to wash away sins.

Sundarnarayan Temple

Sundarnarayan temple stands on the elevated west bank of the Godavari. There are small carvings of Hanuman, Narayana and Indra on the walls. This Vaishavite temple has three black Vishnu images. The hall is entered through three porches, some damaged, each with balcony seating, lobed arches and slightly bulbous domes. The doorways inside the porches are headed by angled eaves and serpentine pediments. Return back to the hotel. Overnight will be in Nasik.


Day 07 :- Nasik – Shirdi By Road (Approx 122 Kms – 02 Hours)
Breakfast in the hotel.
After breakfast drive to your next destination which is Nasik
This town with its 200 temples and picturesque bathing ghats stands on the banks of the Godavari river. The sites here are associated with stories from the Epic Ramayana and is referred to as 'Rambhumi'. Once every 12 years, the historic 'Kumbh Mela' is held here. Although this city forms part of the Mumbai-Pune-Nasik industrial triangle, Nasik retains its status as one of Maharashtra's most holy and ancient cities. Nasik is known for best quality Grapes. Now it is one of Today morning after breakfast check out the hotel and drive to Shirdi.

Shirdi is that mystical magical town near the holy city of Nasik, close to Mumbai. This hallowed town exudes such intense devotion, that even the casual visitor is bound to be charged with fervour. Shirdi was the abode of the saint Sai Baba, who lived here for eighty years - and died here over eighty years ago. It is said that Sai Baba himself calls his devotees to Shirdi and that his blessings can heal even the deepest wound.
On arrival check in into hotel. Move towards most reputed temple in Shirdi. "The Temple of Sai Baba of Shirdi". Spend your day at the sacred atmosphere of Shirdi. Roam around in the spiritual atmosphere.

Day 08 :- Shirdi – Aurangabad By Road (Approx 130 Kms – 04 Hours)
In the morning, after breakfast drive to Aurangabad. On arrival check in to the hotel, Aurangabad has the most elaborate base temples of India, although Buddhist monks began excavating in the seventh century, the site grew to include Hindu and Jain temples as the Buddhist faith waned in popularity towards the end of the seventh century. There are 34 caves - 12 Buddhist (Ad 600-800) 17 Hindu (around AD 900) and they are numbered in that order as you progress from south to North.

After relaxation visit Daulatabad Fort. Originally the mountainous Deogiri fortress, it was an old Hindu stronghold, finally captured and plundered by deceit in the 13th century., later visit Bibi ka Maqbara, It is the tomb of Begum Rabia Durani, wife of Emperor Aurangzeb. Due to its similar design, it is popularly known as the mini Taj of the Deccan. Followed by visit to Panchakki, an intriguing water mill, the Panchakki is famous for its underground water channel which traverses more than 8 kms to its source away in the mountains. Later return to the hotel for overnight stay.


Day 09 :- Aurangabad – Ellora By Road (30 Kms – 01 Hour)
After breakfast take a sight seeing tour of Ellora, one of the highly visited World heritage sites of India. It houses 34 monasteries and temples with some exclusive uninterrupted sequence of monuments that date back from 600 to 1000 AD. The temples of Ellora are dedicated to Brahmanism, Jainism, and Buddhism. A particular interest are the architectural marvel of the monolithic Kailasa Temple, the Buddhist Vishvakarma Chaitya and Vihara, the famous Jain cave number 32 famous for a magnificent Yakshi statue and ceiling paintings. It also has some of the excellent stonework depicting the legends related to Lord Shiva.

After visit return to the Aurangabad for overnight stay.

Day 10 :- Aurangabad – Ajanta (Approx 105Kms /02 Hrs)
Ajanta - Pune (Approx 226Kms – 06 Hours)
After breakfast, excursion to the famous Ajanta caves. Ajanta is one of the few historical and architectural marvels of India. Recognized as the World Heritage Site today, it was discovered during the 19th century by a group of British officers who were on a tiger hunt. The Ajanta group of caves, located deep within the Sahyadri hills above the Waghora, depicts the story of Buddhism that prevailed here during 200 BC to 650 AD. Ajanta’s wondrous cave temples are cut into the rocky sides of a dramatic crescent-shaped gorge, at the head of which is a waterfall that drops over the mountain rim in a series of seven steps to a pool far below –deep inside the mountain are the Buddhist chaitya – vihara prayer and monastery caves. They cover a span of 800 years where under the royal patronage of ruling dynasties, professional artists helped Buddhist monks to create magnificent murals narrating the story of Buddha in his cycle of incarnations, while simultaneously creating a painted record of the panorama of life in ancient India. Etched and painted in mineral dyes, the paintings have a languorous stylized beauty and magical eloquence. After visiting Ajanta Caves drive back to Aurangabad later checkout the hotel and drive to Pune.

Day 11 :- In Pune
After breakfast, take a sightseeing of Pune visiting Raja Kelkar Museum, Shaniwarwada, Saras Bagh, Kasturba Smarak (Inside Agha Khan Palace).

Return to the hotel by afternoon. Rest of the day will be free for relaxation and leisure activities. Overnight at Pune.


Day 12 :- Pune – Mumbai By Road (Approx 170 Kms – 04 Hours)
Mumbai - Overseas (Flight)
After breakfast drive to Mumbai and on arrival assisted in your transfer to the international airport to board the scheduled flight for your hometown.
