The city even has a palace right in the middle of a lake – Lake Pichola, arising out of its watery depths like a swan.

In the evening, enjoy a drive back to Udaipur for a scenic boat ride in Lake Pichola – the boat ride is timed to coincide with the sunset for the most memorable experience ever. The multihued colours of the setting sun reflected in the shimmering waters of Lake Pichola and the Udaipur Lake Palace arising from its depths is a scene to be witnessed.
